Esta nueva soluci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo aliviar la carga econ\u00f3mica asociada al alquiler de viviendas, brindando mayor seguridad y beneficios a los arrendatarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, permite a los inquilinos evitar la necesidad de entregar una fianza en efectivo al propietario. En su lugar, la empresa act\u00faa como avalista, asumiendo la responsabilidad de garantizar el pago de cualquier deuda o da\u00f1o que pueda surgir durante el periodo de alquiler. El producto brinda al propietario la tranquilidad de recibir el cobro del alquiler, gastos comunes y servicios, siempre en tiempo y forma, adem\u00e1s de atenci\u00f3n ante emergencias en el hogar para inquilino y propietario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las principales ventajas de este producto es que se concede una posibilidad \u00fanica en el mercado, permitiendo al inquilino solicitar un pr\u00e9stamo hipotecario a los tres a\u00f1os -previo an\u00e1lisis crediticio- y devolverle hasta 50 mil Unidades Indexadas (UI) o el 8 % del capital solicitado. Este beneficio acerca la posibilidad de la casa propia a muchos clientes que no tienen una capacidad de ahorro suficiente para lograr el capital inicial necesario para la compra de un inmueble con cr\u00e9dito hipotecario Santander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para acceder a esta garant\u00eda de alquiler, los interesados deben cumplir con ciertos requisitos establecidos por Zurich Santander, como una evaluaci\u00f3n crediticia favorable con objetivo asegurar la viabilidad y seguridad de las transacciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta iniciativa, Zurich Santander demuestra su compromiso de adaptarse a las necesidades cambiantes de los arrendatarios y contribuir a mejorar su bienestar econ\u00f3mico. La empresa se posiciona como referente en el sector al ofrecer una garant\u00eda de alquiler que no solo brinda seguridad, sino que tambi\u00e9n permite a los inquilinos ahorrar y gestionar mejor sus finanzas personales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, la empresa estableci\u00f3 una alianza con la C\u00e1mara Inmobiliaria de Maldonado y Punta del Este (CIPEM) con el fin de acercar el servicio a todos los socios de la referida instituci\u00f3n. En ese sentido, Nicol\u00e1s Varela, Team L\u00edder de Zurich Santander y responsable del equipo de garant\u00eda, explic\u00f3 que \u201cel producto lo puede comercializar cualquiera de los socios mediante un acuerdo con nosotros y tenemos la intenci\u00f3n de continuar desarrollando diferentes campa\u00f1as y negocios con la C\u00e1mara de Inmobiliaria de Maldonado y Punta del
