El director de Relaciones Institucionales &amp; Ventas en Enjoy Punta del Este, Javier Azcurra, destac\u00f3 la alianza establecida con el Instituto Nacional de Vitivinicultura (INAVI) permite repetir la actividas por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, explic\u00f3 que el p\u00fablico tambi\u00e9n \u201ctendr\u00e1 la posibilidad de aprender sobre los vinos uruguayos porque en cada estand habr\u00e1 en\u00f3logos y sommeliers que les informar\u00e1n y contar\u00e1n las caracter\u00edsticas de cada bebida y eso contribuye a mejorar la experiencia\u201d .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Sal\u00f3n del Vino Uruguayo se desarrollar\u00e1 el viernes 9 y s\u00e1bado 10 de junio, ambas jornadas a partir de las 21 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El encuentro fusionar\u00e1 la degustaci\u00f3n diferentes variedades de vinos nacionales y una gastronom\u00eda de primer nivel elaborada por el equipo de chefs del establecimiento hotelero. La propuesta invita a un viaje a trav\u00e9s de los sentidos en el que los participantes recorrer\u00e1n las principales bodegas del pa\u00eds, en un entorno especialmente ambientado para la ocasi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Azcurra detall\u00f3 que \u201ccon esta propuesta estamos acortando el invierno y, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de que llevamos un largo historial con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os haciendo el Sal\u00f3n del Vino Internacional durante cada mes de enero, es una satisfacci\u00f3n repetir la experiencia con vinos nacionales\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n, \u201chicimos coincidir las fechas con el feriado largo por el Corpus Christi de Brasil para tratar de acercar los productos uruguayos al p\u00fablico de ese pa\u00eds y a nuestros clientes que llegar\u00e1n especialmente en un vuelo charter\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ingreso al evento tiene un valor de U$S 80 por persona e incluye el acceso, una copa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>para realizar las degustaciones y la posibilidad de disfrutar de la distinguida gastronom\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, el p\u00fablico podr\u00e1 comprar vinos en la misma feria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las entradas se pueden adquirir en Red Tickets, as\u00ed como en los locales de Red Pagos. Asimismo, el d\u00eda del evento se vender\u00e1n entradas en la boleter\u00eda del Casino &amp; Resort, de 14 a 01 horas. A su vez, se desarrollar\u00e1 nuevamente la propuesta \u201cOne table\u201d este jueves 8, las 21 horas, previo a la inauguraci\u00f3n del Sal\u00f3n del Vino Uruguayo. Se trata de una cena en una gran mesa imperial dispuesta en el foyer del Sal\u00f3n Montecarlo que costa de cuatro pasos, cada uno maridado con los vinos de las bodegas que estar\u00e1n presentes en la exposici\u00f3n y la presencia de reconocidos sommeliers.
