Este establecimiento gastron\u00f3mico de gran nivel naci\u00f3 en plena pandemia cuando un grupo de amigos coincidi\u00f3 en la necesidad de ofrecer a Punta del Este algo diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, comenz\u00f3 a gestarse Shark Club Punta del Este que se encuentra ubicado en la Parada 3 de la Rambla Claudio Williman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l fue el mayor desaf\u00edo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quer\u00edamos generar una propuesta que cumpliera con nuestras propias expectativas y los est\u00e1ndares de calidad. En el proceso contamos con el asesoramiento de muchos especialistas, amigos y colegas vinculados a la gastronom\u00eda porque ninguno de los socios ten\u00eda experiencia en el rubro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los primeros a\u00f1os fueron dif\u00edciles pero el restaurante logr\u00f3 posicionarse y generar un buen movimiento, en temporada contamos con capacidad para 400 cubiertos y tenemos unas 40 personas trabajando. Adem\u00e1s, hemos logrado establecer una din\u00e1mica para generar y recibir eventos corporativos que permitan transcurrir la baja temporada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ves a Maldonado en materia de inversi\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Punta del Este nos exige cada vez m\u00e1s y lo demuestra el crecimiento poblacional que ha tenido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Seguramente eso se ver\u00e1 reflejado en las cifras que arroje el Censo de Poblaci\u00f3n, Hogares y Viviendas 2023 del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (INE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La apuesta de nuevos emprendimientos tiene mucho que ver con ese desarrollo al que est\u00e1 obligado el departamento. Es por eso que se necesitan cada vez m\u00e1s propuestas para cubrir las expectativas de quienes deciden radicarse en el balneario y aquellos que piensan en invertir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencial ofrece Shark Club?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El restaurante fusiona lo mejor de la gastronom\u00eda y el buen vivir de Punta del Este, est\u00e1 ubicado en un lugar privilegiado y ofrece una cocina donde los frutos de mar de la zona son los protagonistas.
