{"id":7743,"date":"2024-10-22T11:45:39","date_gmt":"2024-10-22T14:45:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gopunta.uy\/noticias\/?p=7743"},"modified":"2024-10-22T11:51:36","modified_gmt":"2024-10-22T14:51:36","slug":"comienza-el-festival-gastronomico-aromas-y-sabores-en-la-playa-brava-de-punta-del-este","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gopunta.uy\/noticias\/2024\/10\/22\/comienza-el-festival-gastronomico-aromas-y-sabores-en-la-playa-brava-de-punta-del-este\/","title":{"rendered":"Comienza el festival gastron\u00f3mico \u00abAromas y Sabores\u00bb en la playa Brava de Punta del Este"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>15\u00aa edici\u00f3n del festival gastron\u00f3mico \u00abAromas y Sabores\u00bb <\/strong>se realizar\u00e1 <strong>este martes y mi\u00e9rcoles<\/strong> de <strong>12:00 a 18:00 <\/strong>horas en <strong>The Grand Center de Punta del Este,<\/strong> en la parada 10 de <strong>Playa Brava y Avenida del Mar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento es organizado por la <strong>Corporaci\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mica de Punta del Este<\/strong>, con el apoyo de la<strong> Intendencia de Maldonado, Inefop, Ministerio de Industria<\/strong>, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participar\u00e1n <strong>cocineros nacionales e internacionales, <\/strong>quienes compartir\u00e1n sus conocimientos a trav\u00e9s de <strong>clases magistrales<\/strong> de una hora en las que hablar\u00e1n sobre sus experiencias y la historia de sus establecimientos, informa la Intendencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el festival es un punto de encuentro para <strong>productores locales de aceites de oliva, vinos, miel y quesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cocineros invitados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Juan Dorado<\/strong> &#8211; Especialista en fermentaci\u00f3n, eterno estudiante de la funga, amante de los quesos, la charcuter\u00eda artesanal y la recolecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mar\u00eda Sance<\/strong> &#8211; Licenciada en Bromatolog\u00eda y Doctora en Ciencias Biol\u00f3gicas. Docente e investigadora en bioactivos, alimentos saludables y producci\u00f3n sustentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Juan Gerardi <\/strong>&#8211; Especialista en permacultura, reconocido internacionalmente por su aporte al desarrollo sostenible. Asesor de productores y alta cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yamila di Renzo <\/strong>&#8211; Creadora de experiencias emocionales a trav\u00e9s de los sabores y la conexi\u00f3n con la naturaleza.<br>Wilson Sagario &#8211; Tecn\u00f3logo en alimentos, experto en charcuter\u00eda artesanal, fundador de Corte Comedor y diferentes espacios especializados en charcuter\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rose Galfione <\/strong>&#8211; Cocinera, sommelier, comunicadora y cr\u00edtica de cocina.
