La jornada se realizar\u00e1 desde las <strong>12:00 horas en Narbona Punta del Este<\/strong>, con <strong>entrada libre y gratuita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras convocar a miles de visitantes en sus primeras ediciones, la organizaci\u00f3n espera recibir este a\u00f1o a unas <strong>6.000 personas<\/strong>, consolidando al festival como un espacio de encuentro entre productores, chefs, emprendedores y amantes de la gastronom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el evento participar\u00e1n <strong>m\u00e1s de 35 productores de distintos puntos del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, quienes ofrecer\u00e1n degustaciones de <strong>panes y quesos artesanales<\/strong>, muchos de ellos elaborados por emprendimientos familiares con larga tradici\u00f3n en el sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta edici\u00f3n, el festival rendir\u00e1 homenaje al <strong>pan de campo<\/strong> y al <strong>queso dambo<\/strong>, dos cl\u00e1sicos de la gastronom\u00eda uruguaya que forman parte de la identidad culinaria del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la feria gastron\u00f3mica, habr\u00e1 <strong>talleres, charlas y experiencias educativas<\/strong> vinculadas a la elaboraci\u00f3n de pan y queso.
