Hay distintos desaf\u00edos que atravesar para quienes buscan ampliarse o achicarse en metros cuadrados, como tambi\u00e9n el plan de costos se modifica entre quien se transforma en propietario y entre el que es inquilino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan los expertos, la compra de un inmueble genera un gasto promedio de un 10% sobre el precio de adquisici\u00f3n.
